Refund policy

Merchandise purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Exceptions include damaged goods which may be returned for a full refund.

Customer must contact Melissa Masse, Inc. for a return authorization via email at melissa@melissamasse.com. Please print out and include your return authorization email with the reason for the return along with the garment.
